The Challenge

The most complex matters.
The most demanding venues.

In complex commercial litigation, damages theories rest on multi-factor economic analysis — reasonable royalty calculations, lost profits models, apportionment — that go well beyond what a fact witness can credibly testify to. Courts require this testimony to be grounded in reliable methodology under Federal Rule of Evidence 702 and the Daubert standard.

This is where a qualified damages expert becomes essential. Expert testimony is the evidentiary vehicle connecting a claim of harm to an admissible, quantifiable number a jury can award. Without it, a damages claim may not clear the bar for admissibility at all — leaving no legally sufficient basis to award anything beyond nominal damages, regardless of the harm's reality.

At Quantum Bravo, we bring that same rigor — tested through Daubert challenges, cross-examination, and judicial scrutiny in the most demanding matters — to prove damages.
